Corporate Wellness & Teambuilding Events

Organizing a corporate wellness and team building event can help your team communicate in a safe space, focus on strengths, identify barriers, and enhance team functioning. It also shows your employees that the organization truly cares about promoting a healthy workplace culture and enhancing employee mental health. Choosing the right wellness event style and facilitator are essential components for a successful corporate wellness event.
An effective workshop facilitator will create an environment that is conducive to team-building, exploration, and growth. An art therapist has knowledge of mental health and wellness, education in fostering group cohesion, and a skillset to use creative expression to understand, grow, and heal.
Consider an art therapist to facilitate your next workplace teambuilding and wellness event.

Come as you are and express yourself creatively! An art therapy group focused on building relationships and coping with anxiety. All are welcome in this inclusive group.

The workshop takes place in a safe, non-judgmental space. Participants do not need to be an artist to engage in this group. The purpose is not to become a professional artist or writer, but to connect to the creative part within yourself, let it out, grow, and thrive. Creativity permits each of us to express what we may not be able to express with speech.

Each week will have a topic where participants are encouraged to bring out small pieces of themselves, share a slice of life, or free themselves from emotions difficult to let go. Writing and creating will be your guide on this journey.

At the end of the session, the group is invited to share their process. The support from the group is very important.
